When you apply to or join the network, we collect the information you give us: your name, business name, category, email address, phone number, website, social profile links, a short bio, and (optionally) a headshot photo you upload. As you use the member tools, we also store the activity you record — referrals, closed-business entries, meetings, education credits, visitor registrations, and testimonials — plus scans of your personal QR code and leads submitted to you through your public profile.
Only to run the referral network: showing your public member profile and business card to people you share them with, routing referrals and leads to you, tracking network activity, and sending you transactional emails about your membership (approvals, referrals, leads). We do not sell your information, we do not share it with third parties for their marketing, and the app contains no advertising and no third-party tracking.
We use a small number of services to operate: our hosting provider (DigitalOcean) stores our data; Resend delivers our transactional email; Stripe processes membership payments if you subscribe (your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers); and Google supplies public review data if you link your Google Business Profile.
Your member profile — business name, your name, category, services, bio, photo, contact links, and testimonials — is visible to anyone with your profile link or QR code, and in our public member directory. Your activity records (referrals, closed business, meetings) are visible only to you and network administrators.
You can edit or remove your profile information, including your photo, in the app at any time. To deactivate your account and remove your public profile entirely, email us and we'll take care of it.
